Geographic Availability
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. We do not accept orders shipping to the United States or Canada at this time. Customers attempting to place orders to these destinations will be unable to complete checkout. This restriction applies regardless of billing address or payment method — orders routed through freight forwarders or third-party consolidators to addresses in the United States or Canada are not covered by our policies and we accept no responsibility for such shipments.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT on a business day will begin processing that day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods — such as product launches or the holiday season — processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
All orders are shipped with full tracking as standard. Estimated delivery windows begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including customs processing, carrier delays, and local conditions — may affect final delivery timelines.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, prices displayed include UK VAT at the applicable rate.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning there are no additional charges payable upon delivery. The total amount you pay at checkout is the total amount you pay.
In the rare event that a destination country's customs authority applies a charge not captured at checkout — for example, as a result of a reclassification of the goods — we will contact you to discuss how to proceed. We will not instruct our carrier to abandon or destroy your shipment without your consent.
All orders are declared at full commercial value on customs documentation. We do not mark shipments as gifts or undervalue declarations under any circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@hausofzaza.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once a parcel has been collected by our carrier and tracking has been issued, responsibility for transit passes to the carrier. We understand this can be frustrating, and we will do everything within our means to support you — including raising formal investigations with the carrier on your behalf.
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your parcel has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us at support@hausofzaza.com and we will open an investigation. Please note that carrier investigations can take several weeks to resolve, and outcomes are subject to the carrier's findings and insurance terms.
We are not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your order arrives physically damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Large and Furniture Items
Furniture and other large items (chairs, stools, beds, shelves, mirrors, lamps and similar) are shipped separately from smaller parcels and may require different carriers, longer lead times, and in some cases kerbside or room-of-choice delivery. Specific delivery arrangements for large items will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.
For large items, estimated delivery windows and carrier details will be communicated to you directly once your order has been processed. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item at the point of delivery — delivery to an unattended address is at the customer's risk.
If a large item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence. Do not assemble or attempt to repair a damaged item before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to raise a carrier claim or arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. HAUS OF ZAZA LTD cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@hausofzaza.com as quickly as possible — we will attempt to intercept the shipment, but cannot guarantee this once an order has been processed.
