Inspired by a late 19th-century magazine typeface, "Helios" draws on the soft, organic language of Jugendstil. Its forms are fluid and continuous, almost like a drop of honey — reflecting the sensitivity of craftsmanship.

Named after the Greek god of the sun, Helios explores the relationship between light and dark. The citrine embodies the sun, warm and radiant, while the smokey quartz reflects the quiet depth of the moon. As light reveals darkness and darkness gives meaning to light, the pieces hold both in balance — suggesting a continuous interplay rather than opposition.

The ring is made from recycled sterling silver and set with a 15 mm round cabochon-cut citrine or smoky quartz, both semi-precious stones. Solid and weighty, the piece has a substantial presence on the body.

Available in either a mirror-polished or brushed-matte finish, the surface interacts with light in distinct ways. The citrine reflects light with warmth and luminosity, while the smoky quartz offers a more subdued, atmospheric quality.

Sizing: This is an open ring design and can be adjusted by approximately 1–2 sizes. The standard size is UK P, with options available in N (53.72mm), O (55.1 mm), P (56.3 mm), and Q (57.6 mm) circumference.

To preserve the quality of your ring, avoid contact with perfume, water, and extreme heat. Remove the ring before swimming, exercising, or undertaking activities such as housework or gardening, as impact and abrasive surfaces may cause damage or scratches.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This can be gently removed using a soft silver polishing cloth; however, care should be taken to avoid rubbing the stone. Please note that a matte finish may gradually become smoother with wear, as natural contact with the skin creates a subtle polishing effect.

When not worn, store your jewellery individually in its original box or in a soft-lined pouch to prevent damage.

Each piece is handmade to order in Viktoria’s London studio. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production.

Each ring is handmade by the artist in her London studio. The ring is cast by AA Castings London, then carefully hand-finished and stone-set by the artist herself.
Due to the handmade nature of the process, slight variations may occur in form and finish. Each stone is individually selected, with attention to closely match the original design; however, natural differences in colour and cut mean that every piece is unique and may vary slightly from the image shown.
Please allow three to four weeks for production.
